Inleiding

Apartment

The entrance to the apartment building can be found next to the barbershop. Once inside you enter a licht space where a sleek floor leads you past the fuse box and the toilet either left, towards the kitchen or right, into the living room. For the late hours you’re provided with atmospheric ceiling spots throughout the entire residence.

First we’ll take a look at the kitchen, with both the windows as the balcony facing east, this room is the sunniest in the morning. Fully equipped you can expect an induction cooker, conventional oven, extractor hood and a fridge/freezer combo. Everything’s built-in behind white cabinet doors. The 4 bedrooms are placed alongside each other, where the 2 outer rooms (14 m2) are the biggest and practically identical, with the room to the left just the slightest bit bigger. Both rooms in the middle hardly differ from each other and still offer more than 12 m2, which gives more than enough space for a double bed. But with 2 bigger rooms these could also be very comfortable kid’s rooms, offices, walk-in closet(s) or maybe a laundry room.

Last but not least, the bathroom. Fully equipped and sporting a sleek design. Both the walls and floor are covered with large, gray tiles. While provided with a spacious bathtub including a glass shower screen and rain shower, with across from the shower a double sink and a condens-free mirror with built-in lighting.
